✅1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
🎁 We carefully prepare every order. Each piece of jewelry is handmade, and processing time typically takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. In case of delays, please contact us at support@gleampearl.com. Shipping services and costs are subject to change without notice.
- UK: Delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment; total delivery time approximately 10-20 business days.
- USA: Delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment; total delivery time approximately 10-20 business days.
- Canada: Delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment; total delivery time approximately 10-20 business days.
Order Tracking: Please wait patiently for 1-3 days for tracking information to appear. Shipping time is calculated from the first business day after order shipment. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We appreciate your patience and understanding as some carriers may experience shipping delays or tracking updates. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
🛒2. Pre-orders
We will provide an estimated shipping date for pre-order items, but cannot guarantee the exact date. Pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together upon arrival.
🚚3. Shipping and Free Shipping Rules
Basic Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on orders over £79 (excluding remote areas within the United Kingdom). Orders below £79 will incur a standard shipping fee starting from £6.99. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the item subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping fees, taxes, and any additional surcharges.
Definition of Remote Areas (UK):
The following regions are classified as remote areas and are excluded from free shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply:

Inverness, Fort William, Isle of Skye, Outer Hebrides, Orkney, and Shetland - Northern Ireland

📡4. Order Changes/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: support@gleampearl.com. You can also reply directly to the order confirmation email. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to assist you.
📦5. Lost Package
Please note that once we hand over the package to the logistics company, they are responsible for delivery! Not all situations are within our control, and you are responsible for tracking and receiving your package. Any claim for a lost package must be filed within 30 days of order shipment.
If the tracking information shows delivery, but you have not received it: Please send us the relevant information via email, and we will initiate an insurance claim process for you.
✈6. Where is the package shipped from?
Our warehouse is located in China. After the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by a local courier company.
⛔7. Restrictions
We are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to: incorrect order address/contact number/recipient name, and losses due to failure to pick up the package in a timely manner.
In this case, we cannot process a refund for you. If you find any errors in your order information, please send an email to support@gleampearl.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and the correct information.
⚠️8. Customs, Taxes, and International Orders
To provide a smoother shopping experience, we apply different tax and duty handling methods depending on the destination country:
1. Duty Paid Shipping (DDP Countries)
For selected destinations, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
For these countries, applicable taxes and duties are generally included in the product price, and no additional charges are expected upon delivery under normal circumstances.
However, in rare cases (such as customs inspections or regulatory changes), additional charges may still be applied. In such cases, the recipient may be required to cooperate with customs.
2. Duty Unpaid Shipping (DDU / DAP Countries)
For destinations not covered under DDP, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
This means your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges upon arrival, which must be paid by the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
3. Important Notice
- If the recipient refuses to pay any applicable duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued, including for the product and shipping costs.
- Customs regulations vary by country. The recipient is responsible for complying with all customs requirements and providing any necessary documentation.
- GleamPearl is not responsible for delays, returns, or confiscation caused by failure to cooperate with customs clearance (including failure to provide documents or pay required charges), and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand any applicable import duties, taxes, and regulations.
⭕ 9. Special Terms
If any item or package is damaged or lost, or if you have any questions about possible damage, you must do the following:
- Clearly indicate this on the receipt before payment.
Contact us within two business days.
Keep the damaged packaging materials for inspection.
Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. You can calculate the estimated delivery time by adding the shipping time required for your chosen shipping method to the order processing time.
- Pre-orders and handmade items: For pre-orders or customized jewelry products, please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping date;
- For secondary deliveries due to incorrect address or invalid contact information, an additional base shipping fee will be charged, with surcharges applied to remote areas;
- Delivery times will be extended during holidays (Chinese statutory holidays and UK public holidays), subject to the logistics service provider's announcement.
